Ifu Ennada, a Big Brother Naija contestant and beauty entrepreneur, has finally responded to a viral report alleging that a man paid her N500k for sex.
Ifu, who stressed that she does not believe in paying for sex, claimed that N500k is too small a sum to have claimed she received in exchange for sex.
She also expressed her admiration for American rapper Cardi B, who recently won a $1 million defamation action against gossip blogger Tasha K, and expressed her want for a similar ruling in Nigeria.
Cardi B was recently awarded $1.25 million in damages in her defamation lawsuit against gossip blogger and YouTuber Latasha Kebe, also known online as Tasha K.
The rapper testified that she had experienced extreme anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation as a result of Kebe’s claims, and the jury’s verdict came on January 24, 2022, after a two-week federal trial during which she testified that she had experienced extreme anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation as a result of Kebe’s claims.
Cardi B took Kebe to court in 2019 after dozens of recordings surfaced with bizarre allegations, including the high- (or low-)light that the rapper B “f–ked herself with beer bottles” onstage while working as a stripper.
Cardi was reportedly accused of prostituting herself, being addicted to hard drugs, being unfaithful to her husband Offset, and having herpes, according to Kebe.
