A competitive government-funded scholarship program called the Türkiye Scholarship is given to exceptional students and researchers who wish to enroll in a full-time or temporary program at one of Turkey’s premier universities.

Eligibility: Applicant eligibility requirements include:
possess citizenship from a nation other than Turkey (Anyone holding or ever held Turkish citizenship before cannot apply)
not be enrolled in Turkish universities as a student at the level of study for which they are seeking.
Candidates must additionally meet the following age requirements:
being under the age of 21 for undergraduate programs
to apply for master’s programs, you must be under 30
age being under 35 for PhD programs
age under 45 is a requirement for research scholarships.
There should be no health issues that prevent applicants from attending school.
have a cumulative GPA over their maximum graduation grade of at least 75%, a diploma grade higher than their maximum GPA, or at least 75% success on any recognized national or international graduate admissions test.
