Samuel Animashaun Perry, better known by his stage as Broda Shaggi, has claimed that his monthly earnings from his skits are over N20 million ($40K).
The video creator recently discussed this on a podcast with media figure Ehiz, where she has 1.7 million YouTube subscribers and nearly 11 million Instagram followers.
He stressed the need of consistency in content creation, saying that the more content a somebody produces, the more money they will make.

He also said that comedy performers might supplement their income by working with businesses.
According to him, the money is in working with influencers that have a significant number of followers, page views, comments, and overall reach.
