Nigerian Man takes legal action against his woman for calling him impotent by filling case against her (watch)
Jibrin Sawuta has filed a legal suit against Hassana Yohanna at the Upper Customary Court in Kafanchan, Kaduna State.
Sawuta accuses Yohanna of intentionally insulting him by calling him impotent.
Yohanna is facing charges of intentional insult, defamation, and criminal intimidation, which are in violation of sections 312, 371, and 376 of the Kaduna State Penal Code Law.
According to Sawuta’s complaint, he was engaged in a conversation with friends at the palace of the village head of Fadan Kagoma when he received news that his brother had been arrested by the police.
Upon arriving at the police station, Yohanna allegedly appeared out of nowhere and began hurling insults at Sawuta, claiming he was impotent and unable to have children.
