No evidence, no charges” – Naira Marley’s sister fumes, calls for his release from police custody
After Mohbad’s heartbreaking death, Naira Marley, who was away from home at the time, found himself in a difficult situation when a storm of public accusations fell on him.

This storm forced him to rush back to Nigeria, where he was immediately arrested by the authorities and held in police custody for more than 24 days.

His sister, armed with her legal know-how, stood her ground, arguing that her brother should be released because so far there was not a shred of evidence or charges linking him with the case.

Shubomi Fashola, younger sister of Nigerian rapper Afeez Fashola aka Naira Marley, recently made headlines after calling on authorities to release him from police custody.
